AUCTION:
Money is raised for our many projects each year at the ASDAO Convention by an auction. Many items are brought and auctioned off with a lot of fun enjoyed by all.
PURPOSE OF ASDAO AUXILIARY
Are you feeling that the world is rushing on and on at a faster pace than you would really like it to? Sometimes we all feel that way, especially now when I bring up the idea that you make plans right now to be in Chicago in June. You may want to cover your ears and eyes and just plan to enjoy the rest of the winter without thinking about summer.
I am actually looking forward to being in Chicago, just to spend a little time seeing the sights instead of just rushing though on the freeway. I have heard so much about the food that is just Chicago style. Those tall buildings, the waterfront and so many other activities that we can do together. Just to be with each one of you, and to see what you have brought for the auction, I count as a blessing each year.
I am the kind that likes to have things planned out and to I know where and when I am going somewhere. I look forward to making our reservations at the Hotel that the Meister’s are planning for us. Why don’t you start thinking about that right now, plan your vacation around the convention, our family enjoyed doing that for so many years and that is some of our adult children’s fondest memories. Make memories for your family, whether it is just the two of you or if you have children to bring. We will make you all feel welcome, you will know that you are loved and appreciated.

Don’t forget the Auxiliary Auction that will be held at the banquet Sunday Evening.
Bring you crafts or other thing to be auctioned off. All the money raised will be used for mission projects. This time is the highlight of the entire convention and a lot of fun trying to out do the person next to you. Plan for a good time.
